Payment:
*** Payment must be made within 2 days of agreeing to purchase the item.

Shipping:
*** I ship via USPS First Class mail to get you your purchases as quickly and economically as possible (unless otherwise stated in the listing).
*** U.S. packages are usually mailed within 48 hours. I will email you your tracking number as soon as I have it.
Refunds and Exchanges:
*** If your item is damaged or you must contact me within 48hrs . I will be happy to exchange it.
*** Satisfaction guaranteed. If you aren't happy with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days of having received it.
***Refunds are accepted - simply return your *undamaged* item within 10 days after it arrives in your mailbox for a refund.
*** You must email me first to let me know you would like to send the item back so that I can confirm the return address with you and give you any other information you might need. Please do not send anything back until you get a reply from me.
***Delivery confirmation and/or tracking when sending an item back is optional, but highly recommended.
*** Shipping in both directions is non-refundable and the items must arrive to me in the same condition it arrived to you.
